    They opt in and complete Home Profile onboarding. No payment method required.

  3. Two months of FITTED begin.

    Their membership starts on activation. When it ends, they decide whether to continue.

Never an automatic charge. Gift memberships don't renew and don't convert into paid subscriptions. A homeowner only becomes a paying member if they choose to join.

What is FITTED?

FITTED is a human-led home concierge membership for busy homeowners. Members text their concierge about maintenance, service providers and household to-dos, and FITTED helps coordinate the details and keep the home's records organized. Independent providers perform the work.

What does the closing gift include?

Two full months of FITTED Home Concierge membership: a personal concierge contact for home service coordination, weekly proactive check-ins, maintenance reminders, Monthly Home Summaries, FITTED Home Intelligence access during the gift, and Home Profile onboarding. The gift is $250, one time, with no setup fee.

When does the gift start?

Not at purchase. You can buy it ahead of a closing, and your client activates it when they're ready. Their two months begin once activation is complete.

Can I give FITTED to more than one client?

Yes. Each gift is $250. Tell us how many you'd like when you reserve.

Does the homeowner need to enroll?

Yes. Your client explicitly opts in and completes Home Profile onboarding. They don't need to provide a payment method to redeem the gift.

Does the gift automatically renew?

No. The gift never renews and never converts into a paid subscription. FITTED will not charge your client when it ends.

What happens after the gift ends?

Your client can choose to purchase a regular FITTED membership. If they don't, the gift simply ends.

Is there a deadline to activate?

Activation timing, gift expiration and transfer policies are being finalized and will be confirmed before purchase. Policy pending
