What happens after you hit send.

  2. We ask what matters.

    Timing, access, budget preferences, or whether you'd like to use a provider you already trust.

  3. We line up options.

    We contact your preferred provider or help identify independent providers in your area, then bring you what we learn.

  4. You decide.

    You choose the provider, approve the work, and pay them directly. Nothing moves forward without your say.

  5. We coordinate and follow up.

    We help confirm the appointment, check in afterward, and note what was done.

  6. It's on the record.

    The visit, provider, and details are added to your Home Profile, so next time starts with answers.

What FITTED is, and isn't.

FITTED is a coordination and organization service. We don't perform, inspect, supervise, certify, or guarantee trade work. Independent providers do the work, and you choose, hire, and pay them directly; their charges are separate from your membership. FITTED isn't an emergency service. For anything urgent or unsafe, contact the appropriate emergency service or provider right away.
