- Membership plans and pricing: Monthly ($250/month plus $20 one-time Home Profile setup fee), Six Months ($1,250 every six months), Annual ($2,500/year)
- Billing, payment processing (Stripe), renewal and cancellation
- Scope of concierge services and member responsibilities
- Independent providers: selection, contracting and direct payment by the member; provider fees separate from membership
- Communication channels, texting consent and availability (no emergency or 24/7 service)
- Annual Kickoff: planning call only, not a technical assessment or inspection
- Home Intelligence portal access and member data
- Gift memberships: no automatic conversion to paid membership
- Limitation of liability, termination, and general terms
